Using their creativity and the skills of their family members and friends, they handmade so many details for their day, including the endless memory tables, centre pieces, backdrop, and romantic touches. In true bohemian style, they mixed in vintage decor and textural florals from Plaza Petals Floral Shoppe that gave the space an effortlessly elegant yet earthy and whimsical feel.
With their best friends by their side, selfie sticks included, to being back at Katie’s childhood home, everything was perfect. They danced the night away and I mean DANCED. There may have been the epic Dirty Dancing move that Caleb gets a 10/10 for. I guarantee you’re going to want to pin every detail.
Everybody loves a good laugh, and on most wedding days there are no shortage of funny moments ready to be captured, especially at this one. Cam + Jordan’s family and friends and lets not forget everyone else on the party bus made their day THAT much more great. There was never a dull moment with their loved ones by their side.

Days before their romantic country wedding, a brides worst nightmare struck and Victoria broke her foot during a horse competition only 5 days before their big day. As hard as it was to overcome the pain as she walked in her boot all day, Mike and Victoria’s day was nothing short of jaw dropping. Lets start with that Glamours floral wall from Party Professionals, or the tasty homemade jams and honey, and nothing beats a good lasso party game to make the couple kiss. With a ceremony and an indoor reception that sparkled in shades of gold, Breena and Brock’s wedding in their hometown Virden, Mb had charm with off the charts elegance! I captured the joy and light hearted nature of this wedding, from the sweet getting ready moments to the couple’s romantic hill side portraits to the tribute to their family and their love of muscle cars. Their reception had gold on gold decor with everything from the table linens to the centerpiece vases sparkling in the ambience. Every inch of this wedding was thoughtfully and elegantly designed, and I simply can’t get enough!
When it comes to sentimental celebrations, Sean and Marissa’s intimate backyard wedding is as sweet and perfect as it gets! Keeping it all so close to home and sharing these special moments with their close friends and family made their day even more touching. The garden arbor that they made especially for their day, surrounded by gorgeous bed of colourful plants will always be a daily reminder of when they said their I do’s. What a sweet remembrance of the day it all began.
I am honestly not sure what I loved most about this Souris Wedding: the romantic vow exchange on the cliff side of the Souris, Mb Golf course, the amazing dance party, or the bride’s romantic style! The couple made sure their laid-back personalities guided every decision of their wedding day and made for the sweetest outdoor celebration with friends and family, and once you scroll through, you will see all the small town love these two have. And should we just skip to the end and talk about the best dancing ever! Everyone was swinging each other around and the dance floor was packed, not a dry spot on the floor all night. Everything ended so perfectly, to an already phenomenal day.
With sentimental value in the Turtle Mountains, it was a no brainer for Roy and Brit to have their wedding in their rustic and natural elements of their backyard. They made their day with personal touches and DIY pieces that made it even more dreamy. Homemade signs, engraved wine glasses, lawn games that gave it a laid back country feel, and the archway that blew us all away. Everything was a beautiful reflection of their life together and what has yet to be.
Plucked from a Disney movie itself, Bree + Brad’s wedding was everything they ever wanted. They hosted their ceremony in a charming barn at Firefly Acres, just outside Brandon, Mb, then wowed guests with stunning tablescapes and personal details that were so well suited to their celebration.
I loved capturing ever moment of this wedding in stunning detail, from getting ready excitement, to the cut-throat and yes, heartfelt speeches during the reception, and finishing it all off to the best dances moves EVER!!
The threat of rain is a worry for any couple choosing to wed in an outdoor venue, but when this rainstorm hit Karlin + Brittany’s family and friends took shelter in a beautiful treed backdrop and watched the couple speak their intimate vows, and their love for one another.
After all was said and done, this did not stop the newly wed couple and their bridal party to grab umbrellas and embrace the downpour. I think it went absolutely perfect and could not have asked for a better day.

Derek + Jenny's winter wonderland wedding was just that amazing. Cold to say the least, but that didn't stop these two from having some beautiful warm moments. A very intimate day, surrounded by family and close friends they made it so special.
I have to add how adventurous these newlyweds were. They climbed snow hills, trudged through waist deep snow, just to climb more snow banks to get to their pretty locations. (May I add that they did this in -30 Manitoba weather) What a fun, loving couple and I am so honoured to have been apart of their day. Congratulations Derek + Jenny!
Inspired by their gorgeous, natural surroundings in Melita Mb, Brett + Alexis set out to design a wedding that fully represented the two of them to a T. Just being outside, spending time with family + friends, is one of their most cherished pastimes. So, it was pretty easy to understand why they couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate their marriage than with a fall wedding in their hometown. Their ceremony was beautifully crafted in the backyard of the groom's parents yard, surrounded by autumn fields and loving guests. What blew me away was the enchanting location of a birds sanctuary just outside their town. The portraits were a wedding couples dream!!
Heavy metal meets pretty in pink is how I would describe this edgy, artistic and can't forget glamorous wedding. The fine details of the entire day is one that you won't forget. Paul + Brandy thought every detail out to represent all the goods they loved. The skulls in the bouquet, the guitar picks as wedding favours, the elaborate decor and the endless amounts of colour throughout the day. This was one smokin' wedding celebration!
A vintage, rustic and music inspired wedding, was the outstanding collaboration these two had in mind. Dylan + Khloe's passion for all these personal effects influenced their day, from the detailed reception decor, old records with their favourite bands as centre pieces, the guest book guitar and we can't forget the precious music note paper in Khloe's bouquet. The white on white with touches of gold sequins were the perfect touch of elegance, glam and a bit of reminiscent of a Great Gatsby Party. Simple, modern and elegant. Those are the words that I would describe this lovely wedding. Eli + Brittany's wedding was perfectly styled without "over styling". It was minimalist and simple, but in a very thought-out kind of way. The refined elements of the wedding made everything clean and beautiful and truly kept the focus on the bride + groom!
The little white church where Dustin + Caitlin exchanged their vows, in front of their close family and friends was the perfect intimate day that they could have ever imagined. Their gorgeous day included an eclectic mix of things they love – vintage antiques and the natural greenery of the outdoors. The Crow's General Store brought a unique look to their day from the antiques to the crystal champagne glasses. This wedding had it all.
Today’s beautiful wedding inspiration was to encompass both the vastness of the outdoors + the intimacy of a backyard wedding. This whimsical gathering took place at the Brandon Research Centre and then for a romantic and whimsically decorated venue we ended up at the Riverview Curling Club.
